Are children up to 6 years old FREE?

Up to 2 children up to 6 years of age have free accommodation during their stay

When do I need to pay for the booked stay? Do you offer a split payment option? Is it possible to pay on the spot ?

The stay must be paid within 2 days of the binding reservation being processed, in the case of reservations made on the day of arrival, or 1 day before arrival within 4 hours of the reservation being made. Payment instructions are always included in the booking confirmation. All stays are paid in advance by credit card or online transfer, so crediting payments is registered to the booking within minutes . Payment on the spot is offered in exceptional cases and must be arranged and agreed by the reservations department. For bookings where the arrival is more than 30 days, it is also possible to agree to split the payment into two 50% instalments.

Can the employer's holiday allowance be claimed for the stay? Do you also offer the possibility to claim the allowance for 2 people in one room?

For all stays of at least 2 nights, the client is entitled to claim the holiday allowance if his employer meets the conditions under which the holiday allowance is applicable. Our hotels also accept other forms of holiday allowance in the form of benefit cards or vouchers. Please always enquire in advance at the time of booking about valid collaborations with benefit companies. If you are interested in redeeming a 2 person holiday allowance for a single room booking, please enquire about processing options prior to making the booking.

Does the hotel also offer meals for guests with different intolerances?

When is it possible to check in on the day of arrival ? Can we arrive at the hotel earlier than before check-in and use the hotel services ?

Accommodation is available from 15.00 in the summer season. In case of earlier arrival to the hotel, from 12.00 you can start to use some of the hotel services, such as the outdoor hotel area, use the entrance to the Aquapark Senec, or the hotel's wellness areas, refresh yourself with a tasty lunch or a drink
